ROXANNE PAZ
FOUNDER AND ADMISSIONS DIRECTOR 
Roxanne is a first generation, Mexican-American entrepreneur who was born & raised in Los Angeles. She started her career as a cashier at MAC in 2006. In 2007, she graduated from Makeup Designory with a diploma in Journeyman Makeup Artistry. She worked her way up the corporate ladder to become an artist and manager within the company, and in 2017, she decided to leave MAC & "get a big girl job". After working for a few years within the real estate & insurance industry, Roxanne was not feeling fulfilled. She realized that her true passion was makeup. She missed expressing her artistry, she missed interacting with clients, she missed building people's confidence and showing them their true inner beauty. So, in 2019 she decided to open Glow. Roxanne is currently the official MUA of the Queen of Latin Freestyle, the living legend, Miss Lisa Lisa. 
Although Roxanne no longer teaches, you will see her at both Glow campuses giving tours & working in the office. She also offers 1 on 1 mentoring for those who want to take their business to the next level.

Devin Paz
HAIRSTYLING, BEAUTY & SPECIAL FX INSTRUCTOR
Devin began her love affair with Special FX makeup in highschool. She was obsessed with art; painting and drawing specifically. Then the makeup bug slowly crept in & bit her! She would create costumes out of ordinary household items, and allowed her creativity to run wild. Devin has been creating full body costumes for over 15 years now, so naturally she would be a perfect fit as Glow's FX instructor! Shortly after high school, Devin attended barber college but after working in a barbershop for about a year, she decided to stick to FX makeup & women's hairstyling. Devin's students describe her as kind, patient, and very thorough in her demos and explanations.

Enrique Llamas
MAKEUP ARTIST INSTRUCTOR
Enrique, also known as Ricky is also a former MAC employee of 13 years and was a manager at MAC Hollywood x Highland before joining us here at Glow. His passion for makeup is almost tangible. His students leave every class feeling inspired and confident with what he teaches and how he teaches it (with lots of love and positive feedback).

Toni Alvarado
MAKEUP ARTIST INSTRUCTOR
Toni is our newest addition to our Glow Staff. She is a former manager at MAC, and has been a professional working makeup artist since 2013. Our students absolutely love Toni, not only for her talented makeup skills, but also for her warm & hilarious personality. We're excited to have with us Toni and to see her grow with us here at Glow!

Shelly Perez
MAKEUP ARTIST INSTRUCTOR
Shelly has been with Glow since 2021, and is our Spanish instructor. She has been a professional makeup artist since 2004 working at MAC in the South Bay. Being in such a diverse market, Shelly has established long term relationships with all of her clients, from various ethnicities and backgrounds. Her students love her bubbly personality and unique way of doing makeup.
